Strawberry Blueberry Cobbler
Sweet Melissa Sundays...sort of. The actual SMS recipe is Strawberry Rhubarb Cobbler Pie. I got lazy. I'll admit. We'd just come back from a full day shopping with the Amish and I was tuckered out. The kids were tired and cranky...but I still felt like I needed it give it a go of sorts. So we ended up with Strawberry Blueberry Cobbler. For one I had no rhubarb in the house, and secondly I didn't feel I had it in me to complete the pie crust from scratch. So I followed the directions - sans the crust and reduced the sugar by 1/2c. Turned out well! I actually made this in a pie dish- but took the photo the way I'd make it next time..in a little ramekin. I love things individualized. I'll be sure to update who the host if for this week so you can read the recipe...for the life of me I can't find find who it is!
Okay! The wonderful host this week was Tracy!

Looks delicious. I love that you made it in ramekins. Great idea!
Great adaptations to make it work. Sadly, I did not get to try this one out this week, but I've got it on my list because it looks delicious.
I agree with the ramekins. They make everything cute :-)
Hi Rebecca! Thanks for baking along with me this week :) Your cobbler looks wonderful and I definitely think this dessert would be just as tasty without the bottom crust.
Gorgeous photo! I'm sure the strawberry/blueberry combination is delicious!
Rebecca,
Lovely photo...

Definitely individualized desserts are wonderful. I like your presentation of the dessert.
And welcome to {sms}!
Great photo and I love the strawberry and blueberry combo!
I agree...a ramekin of strawberry goodness would be just perfect. I love the strawberry/blueberry combo.
Beautiful phots. Love the flavor combinations.
Individualized, this is perfect!
Hi Rebecca, welcome to the group! Your mini-cobbler is adorable, and the combination sounds great.
Rebecca, this looks fantastic. I love strawberries and these ramekins would fit right into my menus. This is my first visit to your blog and I had intended only to say hello. I was, however, lured by some of your other posts and stayed much longer than I planned. I really like your recipes and will be back often to see what you've been cooking up. Blessings...Mary
Thanks for letting me be part of such a great group of ladies!
